CUSTOMER FEEDBACK PORTAL

When a customer purchases a new Porsche, they are asked to fill in a questionnaire reflecting their experiences of the various services that are on offer. Porsche wished to improve the interface in which users replied, and also their backend interface which dealt with these replies. I designed a revamped version of both of these interfaces.
